An executive without Telegram can still register the entity. Binding is an invite deep link — the bot never cold-DMs.

01 — Entity publishes

Owner signs in with email, creates a firm or individual, proves domain via _verify3 TXT — or founding review.

02 — Representative binds

Owner sends an invite link. They tap Start in Telegram. The user_id is stored — never just the handle.

03 — Owner authorizes

One action on the website. The bot never authorizes — only the entity does. Revoke works the same way.

04 — Anyone checks

Forward a DM to verify3mbot. Username lookup exists but is labeled weaker — it reads the cache.
